How I can buy?

OPENING HOURS: 20th April - 31st October Mon - Fri 8 - 19, Sat - Sun 9 – 15. We accept payment for purchases Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. Cash payments are also suitable. All the prices are given in EURO and include VAT 20%. If there will be found difference in  the prices on web site and at Sales Garden then are valid always prices at sales garden. To improve service and safety reasons there are installed video surveillance system at the Nursery Garden.
   
ORDERING: The best way for ordering is to use the website shopping cart ordering system by following the instructions. If successful transmission of your order you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address. Aiasõber’s representative will contact to You if necessary. You can subscribe to only the products for which there is a button "Add to Basket". Can not be ordered plants that growing in the garden collection, testing field and in Home Garden or which has temporarily run out of. Orders can be transmitted year round, but planting material can be issued at the appropriate time for the plants. If there is no access to the internet, you can submit your order by phone +372 7351 278 or +372 55 101 31. Order should include the product code, name and quantity desired, as well as customer name, contact information and a notice of pick-up itself or the use of the postal service.
PICK-UP ITSELF Pre-ordered items will be completed free of charge and it receives during opening hours at our Sales Garden cash desk. Aiasõber will inform of the existence of goods over the phone or via e-mail. Orders will be filled in order of arrival.

 
POSTAL SERVICE   
The delivery charge depends on the weight of Your order, material required for safe packaging of growing plants (boxes, bags etc.).
Shipment price list over all the territory of Estonia:
  1.   1-3 kg               8,10 EUR. 
  2.   3-10 kg           16,80 EUR.
  3.  10-20 kg          26,35 EUR.
  4.  20-30 kg          38,85 EUR.
  5.  30-50 kg          45,50 EUR.
  6. Within the Republic of Latvia and Lithuania plus an additional delivery fee 10 euros per parcel.
  7. Finland and Sweden within the territory of the service fee plus a further 20 euros per parcel.
Good to know that weight of plant pots with soil are following:
  1. 1,0 liter     0,5-0,9 kg.
  2. 1,5 liter     1,2-1,4 kg
  3. 2,0 liter     1,4-1,8 kg
  4. 3,0 liter     1,9-2,6 kg

DELIVERING TIMES         We deliver bare rooted plants and flower bulbs from 1st  of March to 20th of April or as long as the goods last. We deliver growing plants in pots and give them out from 20th April to 31st of October. Flower bulbs for autumn planting we deliver and give out from 30th August to 31st of October  or as long as the bulbs last.

HOME GARDEN SHOWS   
are priced in year 2012. The Home garden ticket is possible to buy at market garden's cash desk in opening hours. Cost of ticket 2 euros per person in age over 5 years. There is separately possible to order guiding gardener to lead the Home Garden show. Extra fee for guiding 15 euros not depending on number of people in group.  
Home garden shows free of charge will be held from June till the end of August 2-4 times during summer depending on needs to introduce certain plant groups in their certain growth stadiums. About precise show times the information will be available in our newsletters or sent via e-mail to all. Shows last about 1,5-2 hours and are lead by biologist Saima Kaarna (in Estonian) or horticulturist Lembit Kaarna (in English and Russian). Shows will be held with all whether conditions. 
 
BARE-ROOTED PERENNIALS        We send out Bare-rooted perennials from our warehouse in planting bags of 1-2 litres with a handful of fertilized peat between 1-st of March to 20-th of April or how long the roots are last. Customer will get the needed quantity of planting peat by him/herself and will put the plant into planting bag or pot to root at the first chance. When the threat of night freeze has passed, it is possible to plant already rooted and growing plants into garden carefully removing the planting bag.  IMPORTANT! Roots of bare-rooted perennials are washed. It means they do not have thin fascicles. At the named reason it is difficult for the plant to get water from ground until it has grown new fascicles. That is why you shouldn’t water plants too much in the beginning, as the threat of rotting is bigger than in the case of replanting flowers in garden.
 
GUARANTEE           If received goods don’t meet to your expectations, you have the right to return them within 14 days starting from receiving the packages. Please issue all pretensions about the quantity or quality of goods also within 14 days. Pretensions about sort please issue when the plant blooms. Well-grounded money will be transferred back to your account within 14 days starting from the return of the package or date of the complaint if hasn’t been agreed otherwise.
For customer: Aiasõber is responsible for qualification of herbal material to given standards in Estonia. Aiasõber is not responsible for any risks that may happen due grower’s agro technical techniques or weather related risks. Surrounding environment may influence at any given moment germination of the seeds or plants growth.
